Not all it was crack up to be

Worth Any Price - Lisa Kleypas

The first 37% of the book was very good, it had all that Kleypas magic that I adored but unfortunately we hit a snag at the middle and the book never quite recover. Instead of dialogue and active plot we got a whole lot of exposition and that just about sunk the book. And it is a darn shame because I just love the beginning and thought it amazing. I was also partially disappointed to learned that Nick's big dark secret wasn't what had been initially hinted at and it really cut down the tension of the book. Lady Sophia's lover was better in my opinion.
