Took a sharp dive into the deep sea and never recover....

Mr. Perfect - Linda Howard

This book started out fine but at about 50% it took a sharp turn and rolled downhill really fast and never stopped until it reached rock bottom. It was fun at the beginning but it got scary and depressive at the end. It also dabble to much into the myth of "Men are from Mars, Women from Venus" and I gotta confessed that I just don't subscribe to a theory that separates the sexes so completely.

I felt like Howard wanted to make a feminist statement however it came out as rather angry instead of profound and that rubbed me the wrong way. Don't even get me started with the psychological profile of a killer who hates women that further implied a man vs. women theme in the book. I wish Howard would have attacked the real culprit and that is the "mind set" that oppresses women.
